SLC26-W3 | Cinnamon rolls.

Good to see you once again in an other healthier snacks challenge. Before going ahead to share my an other active participation. Let me over review my last participations from Week 1 to Week 2.

Being a Mother of toddlers, Healthy Snacks are very good for thier hygienic growth and kids mostly love such delicious , different shapes and texture snack's by their own hands. That's why I am keen interested to learn and try through this challenge. Let's without wasting time, Going to share step by step process of making Cinnamon Rolls organized by @nahela .

I have taken fresh 500g Wheat Flour 1/4 cup , Butter 1/4 cup, Sugar, 1 Egg, 1 cup Water 1 Tbsp Yeast 1 tbsp Salt and 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.Same quantities that are also mentioned in the learning challenge.

Steps are very easy to make dough for Cinnamon Rolls. But the quantity of each ingredient is matter to make perfect Cinnamon Rolls. Today, I went to grocery store to buy all fresh ingredients. Because hygienic growth of the kids are very important and good quality eatable ingredients are essential for cooking healthy meals. I kept the dough at the room temperature for making perfect dough.

Now, Dough is ready to make Cinnamon Rolls. I used white flour and Chocho chips and rolling for making the cinnamon rolls . By sprinkling few Chocho chips inside and top of the Dough then rolled it and baked at the 200° C . They appeared golden brown color. And emit beautiful fragrance.

When trying the cinnamon rolls, what was your experience? Did you like them?

These are somehow donuts taste. But due to few have difference of ingredients and shapes, that were so tasty and delicious. My father ate this for the first time and appreciated so much because of home made healthy cinnamon rolls. It was being wonderful experience.


Is there a stand or store in your city that sells cinnamon rolls?

Yes, Near to our house, There is Cakes and Bakes Bakery's where they also baked fresh. They are expensive as well. Adding these ingredients and tried at home for the first time was the epic experience and very hygienic to eat with family and kids. We can enjoy it tea time. This will definitely make the time happy and healthy.


Would you substitute the cinnamon for another ingredient in the recipe?

We can use cardamom or nut mug for baking purposes but here was my first experience to bake Cinnamon Rolls that's why I used that same ingredients that are also mentioned in the learning challenge and that's perfectly good job to develop taste and present actual shape.
