SLC26-W6 | Brownie.

Hope all my friends are healthy and having a great time. We have entered the 6th week of Steemit Challenge Season 26. This week @nahela mam brings us SLC26-W6 | Brownie. We made six different dishes using six flours in six weeks which was a great experience. Thanks to our course teacher for presenting us with these amazing weeks.
Make brownies. They can be filled or unfilled, with or without toppings (include ingredients, quantities, and steps).

1 cup flour |
3 eggs |
2/3 cup cocoa powder |
120 grams butter |
2 tablespoons coffee |
1 cup white sugar |
👉Easy methods for making brownies:
Step One:
- First, I melted the butter in a pot on the stove. Then I took the pot off the stove, added the cocoa powder to the butter and mixed it in. Now I added the white sugar, vanilla essence, instant coffee and mixed it very well.

Step 2:
- Now add the eggs one by one and mix well with a hand mixer. After adding the eggs, add the flour and mix until the flour is well incorporated.

Step 3:
- Now I took a greased pan. I poured the dough prepared for the brownies into the pan.
Step 4:
- Now I put a pot in the oven to bake the brownies. I placed a stand in the pot and placed the pot filled with brownies dough on top. I waited for thirty minutes with the pot closed.

Step 5:
After thirty minutes, I took the brownie pan off the stove. Then I removed it from the heat for some time and let it cool. When it cooled down a bit, I unmolded the brownie.
- Now I melted the chocolate in a bowl on the stove. Then I made a chocolate layer on top of the brownie.

I cut the brownie and served it. It was very delicious to eat. Great chocolate flavor in every bite.

After trying the brownies, how was your experience? Did you like it? Please provide details.
My experience when I tried the brownie was great. I am always excited to learn something new. I was very interested in learning new things while trying the brownie because I was going to learn something new in the flour and sugar mixture.
After trying the brownie, I really liked its rich chocolate flavor and dense center. The top of the brownie was thin, crispy while the inside was moist and dense. The sweetness was balanced and the cocoa flavor was intense in the brownie.
I enjoyed the brownie a lot. The deep, roasted chocolate aroma of the brownie attracted me, even before I ate the brownie. The texture of the brownie was my favorite part while trying it.
The taste of the brownie was concentrated and balanced with the bittersweet cocoa dominating, the brown sugar adding a subtle caramel background and the presence of vanilla smoothing out the finish. The brine wasn't too sweet, which made the chocolate sparkle. From my experience making brownies, I can say that I'm glad I got a great workout.

Yes,I would definitely like a second edition of "Hands-On". It would be exciting, especially if it builds on the challenges of the first set with more variety and a mix of both sweet and savory ideas.
