Yes! In the business world, it's known that keeping a good customer is more cost effective than finding new ones. Being authentic at the start is the best policy. There's no way to "fake it" in the beginning and expect a quality following later. Nice post, @theblindsquirl

You hit on a point that a surprising number of people don't get. Customer acquisition is one of the highest costs a business incurs. You're highest profit margins come from repeat "sales" or, in terms of personal relationships, exchanges of your time & energy (capital).
