Hai Steemians..
Sudah tau belum masakan kuah pliek U Khas Aceh? Sudah pernah cobain? Ketagihan bukan? Apalagi nyantapnya panas-panas plus di hutan penuh kehijauan gitu, belum lagi tambah ikan asin, nyummmiiii...
Masakan khas Aceh yang satu ini merupakan barisan nenek moyang dengan rasa khas yang kaya dengan rempah-rempah. Bahan baku utamanya adalah pliek yaitu ampas kelapa sisa pembuatan minyak kelapa yang mengalami pembusukan yang telah di keringkan.
Buat kamu nih yang mungkin dari luar Aceh, kalau main-main ke Aceh, jangan lupa cobain ya guys..
