Even on the worst days...

I'm a very dedicated yogi. I practice 6-7 days each week. I've practice through injuries and sickness, but sometimes my body can't do the assanas (it's rare). When I have a physically difficult day there is part of my practice I never skip: I meditate. It's more important than the rest of the practice ;) image
