Seasons of natural fasting are healthy and normal - go with it. So you post about a great herbal tea you made instead? :) Nuts, goji and water sounds perfect to me. :) I am an intermittent faster and a great believer in the body telling you when it needs a time of rest. And there is NO compulsion on the thrower-down of the challenge glove to actually cook. :)
