I have to agree with @vincentnijman about the 'walk meditation' as it's something I've been noticing myself lately. Walking every day, even for a hour, really refreshes the mind, often enough more than you really realise until you get back and approach something only to notice that more cleansed mindset.
The more you become aware of it, though, the more you'll notice the changes it's making.
It sure does.
Although I still practice sitting meditation daily ( I’m on a 70 day streak ), walking is my favorite. This morning I walked 2.5k to visit new acquaintances who live in a valley nearby. It was a perfect way to really kickstart the day
sitting or walking are very different processes but - as most of us already spend more than enough hours sitting down - walking is very much recommended :>)

A part of me is actually happy that I have developed this habit. The reason why I did doesn't matter but I walk every day and the more I do the more I love.
Keep it up buddy. You’re doing great. Go with the flow and try and keep the momentum going.
And - whenever you have to skip a day - don’t feel bad about it and pick up where you left off the next day, if possible :>)

I know better now, Its all thanks to you and friend in this platform. I am trying every possible thing to keep the energy flowing.
