BUT, under Friendship Law 76; Article 9, Paragraph 2, Sentence 8 Reads: If a 'Friend is gone for more than 3 month(s), its now lies upon the 'Friends' of the so called 'Friend' to reach and do extensive leg work to keep the 'Friendship' going.
