Okay, can you try again? If it still doesn’t work, could you please open the developer console and share the error messages with me?

To do this:

Press Ctrl + Shift + J (or just F12) in your browser.
A panel will open, usually at the bottom or side of the screen.
Click the Console tab.
Look for any messages in red (errors).
Copy those messages and send them to me, please, so I can help you fix the issue.
