Greetings everyone!

Welcome to the last edition of season 26 learning challenge.

I am glad that even with challenge it's personal business I was able to participate in all the six weeks of this class and I have achieved a lot, I appreciate our teacher for taking out time to make sure all the six weeks was worth it thank you @nehela.

  • Make a brownie, they can be filled or unfilled, with or without topping (include ingredients, quantities and step by step)

Ingredients

• flour

• egg

• sugar

• vanilla essence

• Cocoa powder

I heated and melted my butter then poured in the cocoa powder.

I stirred the cocoa powder to combine in the oil the i added vanilla essence and sugar stirred and mixed it up.

I added egg and whisked till well combined.

I poured in the flour mixed it up and then I greased the foil plate with butter.

I filled in my foil plate then baked for 20 minutes and my brownie was ready.

2 - When you tried the brownie, what was your experience like? Did you like it? Explain your answer in detail.

It is normal to feel curious when trying on a new thing especially for the first time so as usual I was curious of what the outcome will be, I follow the step-by-step process of the teacher and I mixed up my butter according to how it was shown it the class, I had a smooth experience making this because It wasn't stressful and didn't take too mush of my time to make it.

I loved it so much just as much as I love Churros the taste was heavenly sweet.

3 - Do you want a second edition of "hands on"? What are the 6 recipes you'd like to learn in a second edition of these challenges.

Oh yes I will love to participate in the second edition of hands on dough so as to continue learning more about dough season 26 was a wonderful experience.

It will be of great privilege to learn how to make the following:

• pizza with cheese

• meat pie

• bread bun

• doughnuts

• hamburger bread

• velvet cake

It will be a great privilege to learn with you in the second edition.
