New law may jail innocent people

Affirmative consent, yes means yes, is what currently defines consent. But in Canadian courts you are not bring any prove forward that a consent was given.

All the other options of defence have already been taken away and recordings where the last option open. And now even that is gone.

Men in Canada aren't allowed to prove there innocence any more. If a woman says so you are just guilty. That's it. No defence allowed.

The only thing now open is not to have sex at all.

The war on your right to a fair trial is under threat. Without challenge it will soon be impossible to obtain acquittal on sex crimes in a court of law.
