The Israeli-Gaza conflict continues to be a major international concern. There are reports of Israeli strikes hitting a Catholic Church in Gaza, causing casualties, and ongoing tensions in the region.

Israel has also been conducting strikes in Syria, targeting the Syrian Defense Ministry headquarters and the presidential palace in Damascus, and engaging in clashes in the Druze city of Suwayda. The US has voiced concern over these expanding strikes.
