haha! yeah you don't want your parents called to school, especially back in the day when parents were harder on their kids!

Did the parents ever get mad at the teachers and take the kid's side like they've started doing in later generations? Because when I was growing up, the REAL trouble you got was from your parents when they found out you did something wrong or got into trouble.
Then later generations started thinking their spoiled, precious kids would never do anything like that so the parents would yell at the teachers.

Morning janiton, yes and yes. I remember when my dad roused at my brother constantly breaking his glasses at school. And in my guidance days when some parents came to school because their kids did their broke rules they were told not to punish them because it was a school problem and it was adequately dealt with at school. Or the parents who considered that their Johnny could do no wrong. I have loads of different stories for posts, haha.

I bet you ran into some real crazy parents and then you could see why the kid had behavior problems!
