It's easy to make them and easy to miss in our own writing. My BF teaches college English and she had me check her Thesis. I like having my sister check my work. There's a sort of confirmation bias when reading your own writing. You know what you meant to say and often you read it as if you did say that even when you didn't. There's no shame in having a second pair of eyes look things over. I'm happy to do it if you ever feel the need 😊
