Monday Flower 🌼 From An Important Event For My Daughter

This Monday flower was in fact, a Saturday flowers as the event for which were bought was on one Saturday, about 18 months ago.

Although it was just some sort of family dinner, it was an important event for my daughter as it was kind of official meeting between her (at that time) future in-laws with us (her family), before the wedding.

She was quite frustrated with all the preceded preparations as well as worried about the outcome. I'm not going to say that I wasn't too. Not as much because of the arriving guests, the rest of our family or me alone, but mostly because of her, knowing how important to her was that her family appears and be well accepted.

On the other hand, from her telling knowing how well she was accepted by them and treated as their own daughter from day one, I was quite confident there shouldn't be any issues. Despite that, I also had a lot of things on my mind and didn't have much time to discuss every single detail I was planning to do with her among which were those flowers as dinner table decoration.

In the end, just as expected, my son's in law folks turn out to be simple, friendly, sincere, cheerful and genuine people. And we had a lot of fun that day. But my greatest satisfaction was when late that evening after they went, my daughter hugged and kissed me saying: "Thanks, mom! Everything was so nice and beautiful, and you both get along with each other so well and I am so happy!"
