Do You Want to Earn Money Working Online? Here are Some Sites to Visit
Earlier this year when I was awarded my art diploma, I decided to go on the supply circuit in my job as a primary school teacher. This was to allow time for my art.
I soon found my income dropping so much that I looked for some online paid work to help out my budget.
This post is about the sites I tried out. I hope it will be helpful to some of you.
Tuetego
Tuetego is a blog site that pays via Paypal. Payment takes about a month to come through.
Payments are for blogging a bit like Steemit but Tuetego decide to pay you, rather than other platform users upvoting.
Textbroker
Textbroker pays through Paypal. Registration takes up to 5 days.
Once your registration is verified you write a sample article that earns you a reputation (so make it a good one) and determines what work you can apply for. It gives assignments rather than letting you blog freestyle.
Upwork
It takes a bit of patience to register for Upwork. Eventually, I was accepted but they want you to buy tokens so that you can bid for work. I tried bidding for a few token-free jobs but the pay I was offered by the client wasn't worth getting out of bed for. Having said that, I do know authors who make some money through Upwork.
Hub Pages and Paired Life
Hub Pages are a con in my opinion. I registered and wrote four successful articles that brought traffic to the site and interaction from other members. I jumped through their hoops to have my payment method authorised. I was then told payment came from advertisers who my articles attracted. What! I couldn't check whether any advertisers had followed me. It was all a time-consuming mistake for me.
I hope you make some money from these sites!
