Haha, it was stressful for me the first time I did it (maybe even the second) but now that I am well experienced I almost enjoy it. It's the reason I wrote my book ScaredyCatGuide to Investing in Rental properties, so people have a simple way to learn from my mistakes and have a less stressful experience.

I literally walk people through the process and what to look out for being relying on agents and brokers to actually do their jobs right seems to be a crap shoot these days.
