you know I thought it was going to rain , but it didn't , the weather is a strange one sometimes !!
It is! I've had situations like that myself. It sometimes gets very hot and I hope for it to rain but it doesn't even though the sky makes me feel like it's 1000% gonna pour. -_-
and if you are out and about you never know what to wear either ; )
