The Cheerful Monster

The Cheerful Monster always carried a set of lego that they would often demolish. It might have been a fairly different idea, to my mum, but not to the Monster, who thought that the idea was the most awesome idea. Remarkably, a set of lego was the thing that was chosen.

The Cheerful Monster looked for a can of Dr Pepper that they would occasionally smash. It should have been a somewhat surprising undertaking, to me, my mum and my dad, but not to the Monster, who considered that the idea was fun. You wouldnt have imagined, a can of Dr Pepper is the thing that was chosen.

The Cheerful Monster carried a computer that they would often put in the bath with him. It would have been a new operation, to my grandma, but not to the Monster, who felt it would be fun. Bizarrely, a computer was the thing that was opted for.

The Cheerful Monster desperately needed a mug that they would worship. One might find this to be a fairly different approach to life, to most, but not to the Monster, who feels it was entertaining. Strangely, a mug being the thing opted for.

The Cheerful Monster needed a radiator that they would occasionally try to nail to the wall. It would be a fairly unusual suggestion, to you and me, but not to the Monster, who thinks that the idea was out of this world. Remarkably, a radiator being the chosen thing.

The Cheerful Monster always had with them a pencil sharpener that they would sometimes throw. It might have been a curious proposal, to most, but not to the Monster, who had decided that this idea was entertaining. Who would have thought, a pencil sharpener being the item selected.
