I kinda feel dumb that it never occurred to me to use fingerlings for fries, so easy!
And I never use a cast iron skillet. Does it lend something special to the pork chops? Sell me on it
Its all in the way it cooks! Hot and even! If you look at the last picture of the chops, the delicious crispy edges! The cast irons get extra hot and hold the heat and distribute it evenly throughout the pan. Theres no other way girl!
