RE: MINDHUNTER (2017 TV Series): Inside the mind of serial killers.

Great recommendations, I really want to see 4 of those movies, I'll finish seeing Westworld and then I'll give Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, The Admiral: Roaring Currents, Snowpiercer and finally Oldboy (which I have been recommended a lot and the I have postponed a long time).

The references were good, I did not know who was BTK until the series finished and I researched on YouTube. I think it will be interesting what could happen to him in the series, because in real life they could only arrest him a few years ago.

I think there will be some changes for the following seasons, although I know that this kind of show does not like everyone, I hope they do not try to adapt the plot, I like to see something different on the screen, and Mindhunter offered me that.

Actually Oldboy and Sympathy for Lady Vengeance are part of a a trilogy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Vengeance_Trilogy The first movie wasn't that great but still competent. My favorite of the serial killer movies is Confession of Murder (2012). Oldboy comes pretty close to that but Confession of Murder (2012) has action thriller elements that are close to John Wick level (but on a lower budget) and there is the mass media social commentary that has a touch of Black Mirror to it. It's almost like Gen Urobuchi was involved in writing.

Oh! I did not know it was a trilogy ... then I'll have to see all three.
