I always wondered about this film, my friend. I have seen it listed on various streaming services through the years, but have never had enough motivation to smash the "select" button and watch it.

After reading your comprehensive review, I think you may have saved me 97 minutes of my life. You did mention the blessed "character development" but I agree, without the continuity, that's a deal breaker.
