He could have gotten away with anything, but pedophilia jokes in an all family company is a bit no-no. They knew he had a problematic past when they hired him, but Disney mostly cares about their image as an all family company, and pedophilia jokes are just a red-line. As a Marvel fan I am also disappointed, but as a Disney fan I totally get it.

Some people were lucky enough to be young and foolish before the internet, or smart enough not to post all of their opinions online, or just delete them when they grow up. In the end, no matter how old you are, you need to remember that once something goes online it will be there forever, and that's something serious to consider.
