The only real rape i know of (as in confirmed) was an (ex)girlfriend who tied up my friend (he was into bondage) and then her friend, someone my friend never wanted to have sex with, came in and started raping him.
All the other stories are very much in the realm of... she was not innocent and there wasn't any hard proof.
That's a sad story. I guess going to the police wasn't really an option. They would have laughed him out of the precinct.
