RE: Magic Mushrooms #mushroommonday (Free SBI)

Nice find, yes you're correct that the psilocin and psilocybin magic mushrooms are much more effective compared to the amanita which has muscinol and ibotenic acid.

The effects of the fly agaric are more dreamlike and subtle in comparison to the more dimensional shifting fungi.

To safely consume them usually one par boils them twice disposing of the water.. They're not a controlled substance in the USA which tells one all they need to know about their potency.. Basically they're just a bit of folklore and if one wished to see flying men I can assume eating them raw and poisoning oneself would be the only way to make that possible..

Nice to look at not much fun guy in that fungi...

Thank you very much! I have been reading non stop since I made this post. Very fascinating! The folklore behind these mushrooms alone make them very cool. They seem like they have always been an important part of our culture!

I love to talk about all things shrooms haha!

Even today it’s quite rare anyone dies from consuming them so it stands to reason that shamans in Siberia etc took care of the tribe and they had some wild experiences.

Definitely the deer seem to love them and I’ve absolutely seen cows eat cubensis and Copelandia whilst avoiding the not magical mushies in the field..
