Ah, the '90s! Such a time of memories. You know, though I've heard of both these bands a lot, I've never really listened to them? I wonder if it's where you grow up. Funny, huh? This stuff was always on the periphery of my listening, but never quite got big down here in Australia. We got Pearl Jam more than anything. Which reminds me (and we love musical segues, don't we?) of the album Singles which was more Seattle grunge, which I was quite into at the time. And looking at teh track listing to jog my memory, this brings back memories.
I never listen to them anymore though! And funnily enough, Green River was the next one to come up on the youtube playlist for some reason.
This one is pretty bluesy to start with before it gets wilder but considering where Mudhoney went they get quite punk/grunge in their songs, entirely forgot about them!!! Thanks for the jump into some music this Sunday arvo!
I think it's quite hard to pick my style, lol - it was more Korn that through me haha!
