This is Soul Coughing's song "True Dreams Of Witchita" off there album Ruby Vroom. There more well known for there songs "Super Bon Bon" or "Circles". But this one is not so well known as those radio friendly songs i mentioned and thats what i try to look for those songs left unsung so to speak lol.
