DJ Mix of The Day - Bonobo at Boiler Room Paris

Despite being largely a fan of Techno, Bonobo is an artist who has carved a place out in my heart with tracks searing with atmosphere and emotion. It is no surprise that he brings this level of texture and detail to his DJ sets. So when Boiler Room puts up a new live mix of his it gets my attention. It hits on a lot of things that I find myself drawn to as a listener. Gorgeous strings, textured production, and a sense of melancholy. Its a mix that I'll be mining for inspiration in my own production for a good time to come.
