Well as I mentioned you would need @heimindanger to really explain this as I am in no position to fully understand what the law is on this. However if you want my opinion.. which of course is just my opinion. The video on Vimeo/YouTube is linked to the artist. All proceeds go to the artist. When the video is posted externally with out permission. And is also monitized via the external link.. it would count in my opinion as monetizing copy written content. Fair use I believe is when you use less than 30 seconds of a clip. If DTube allows this they can get into trouble. Hence they must enforce international law. I hope you can get to the bottom of what is allowed. I just want to see your channel blossom. I am sure you will get to the bottom of things dear.
