It is tuned similar to a piano, so it would have both of these frequencies. They tune this instrument by grinding the individual glass resonators to the exact frequencies. These tuned resonators are stacked in vibration isolators on the central powered shaft. :D

I was wondering how it was tuned. If it is tuned at 432 Hz it would explain the attraction to the sound.
