He's written some great songs and I bet he can put on a show. I know he has some dedicated fans.

I see the videos were showing some old shots from when he had hair.

Have you seen the Hired Gun documentary? It features guys from his early band who found themselves sacked as he moved on. Just a hint of bitterness there :)

    Aware of 'Hired Gun, but not seen it. I'll give it a look, thanks for the suggestion.
    I could go on for hours about the songs. 'Downeaster Alexa' has become a folk standard, especially since Show of Hands adopted it. The 'Greatest Hits I & II' is non-stop genius. The early live album 'Songs from the Attic' shows how good a touring band he had (before he sacked them :) )

    Hired Gun is on Netflix where I saw it. I like a good music docu.
