My first Recipe
Fresh Veggie Salad
• 1 medium carrot (cut into Pieces) and 1 green bell pepper
• 1 cucumber (sliced or diced)
• 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
• Fresh coriander or mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• A pinch of chaat masala (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- Peel the carrot and cucumber, then slice or grate them as desired.
- Chop tomatoes into small cubes.
- Slice the onion into thin rings or half-moons.
- Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add chopped coriander/mint leaves and (if using) green chili.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle a little chaat masala for a tangy kick (optional).
- Toss well and serve immediately.
