So this week the slips developed roots long enough (minimum 1 inch long) for potting.
I potted the sweet potato slips last night. I used a store bought organic soil and mixed it with some fine, loose dirt from the yard. Would of preferred a sandy mix, but this will have to do for now.
Four slips potted and just waiting for the other slips to grow a bit before I can put them in some water and grow their roots. Still got time yet before they can be transplanted into the garden anyways.
