My Sweet Saturday Dessert// Cakes! How I love them😊😇

This is my first entry for the #Mysweetsaturday contest hosted by denissemmata
We are to share our dessert every Saturday and say a little about it.
Here is my own dessert; Cake

Type of Cake

• Banna Cake I made banana cake, using banana flavours

Type of Icing

• Butter Icing I used butter icing method for this cake. I used icing sugar to perform this. I mixed the icing sugar to the butter and stirred till I got the texture I needed for the icing

Recipes

• 500g of butter
• 250g of sugar
• 500g of flour
• 10 pieces of eggs
• 4 cap full of preservative or 6ml preservative
• 4 cap full of banana flavour
• 2 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Procedures and method of preparation

• Mix the 500g of butter and 250g of sugar and turn till fluffy ( anticlockwise)
• Sieve your 500g of flour
• Wash and break the eggs into a small bowl and stir
• Add your eggs bit by bit to your fluffy butter mixture
• Add your sieved flour to the mixture
• Add your 4 capful of preservative
• Add the banana flavour and other flavours you may need
• Add your baking powder
• Grease your pan with butter and flour
• Turn your cake mixture into the greases pan and put on oven

Those are recipes and procedures I used in baking my banana cake.
