That's a great initiative! I should find the time to emphasize the work of some of my followers too.

I am personally following @anarchyhasnogods for some time, and I also criticized (a lot) about his physics posts, pointing out, sometimes probably a bit harshly I admit, mistakes and items to improve.

As a result, he now posts less, but the quality is way higher. He is interested by many topics, curious, and he is taking the time to check and get information on some topics.

To me, it is the kind of person that could do great in science in the future (if he decides that science should be his path).
