I recognize your appreciation for cacao. This became one of my best kept secrets to ¨self medicating¨. No secret really. It´s just that few take me seriously when I bring it up.
I am having a more balanced and richer experience from my daily coffee with a pile of plain and raw ¨baker´s¨ cacao piled up in the bottom of my mug (I use sweet cream to take out bitterness). No rough edges, improved focus and interest in the task at hand.
That's right I do love raw cacao and I'm very much aware of the medicinal benefits.
I use it in smoothies and I make a hot chocolate with ground cacao with a little stevia to take out the bitterness and some ghee and MTC oil blended together with hot water.
