RE: Collection of the "How too" posts on comfrey tincture making for the #naturalmedicine Story!
There was a tornado 20 miles east of here, but no one was hurt. I was able to mow the front yard, and part of the back yard, but I have had to put the mower away with rain threatening. It has been raining almost daily recently. But I am in my chair now, with a dachshund on my lap snoring...eating dinner.
It has been a good day! :)
I am glad that you are healthy and the storm has caused no damage 👍I do not really like rain .... but our earth needs the water.
With such bad weather, I think your dachshund feels most comfortable on the lap 😉 have a good start to the new week
The rain is okay, because we do need the water. The stronger storms worry me a lot more, because they can destroy a house in seconds.
Willie is always comfortable on my lap; he is pretty spoiled!
:)
Willie is so cute 🤩
The forces of nature should not be underestimated... that's right
He is very sure of himself, my lap belongs to him!
:)
I delivered him myself, and he rules the house with an iron paw! He is Top Dog.Nature must be respected here, because it can kill you quickly.
Respect ... is something in life that many people forget or do not even know anymore ... that's sad....
nature takes revenge
That is a hard school to attend! I had spent the evening repairing a Ham radio transciever. It was stormy, so I had the radio tuned to the local station for weather. When I tested the radio on the local repeater, to see if my repairs were good; I had the national weather service return my call sign. I asked what the needed, they asked were I was located, I told them, and then they asked; "do you see the tornado"?
I was living in a trailer, and had two babies there!
>:(
Wow ... this is not a nice situation ... in a house a hurricane is uncomfortable .... but in a trailer 😱
a very oppressive situation....
I do not know anything like that...
I was very careful when they setup this trailer. There was a second set of anchors from the last trailer. I tied the new trailer to the new, and the old. It stayed put, with no damage.
:)
