I'm a simple kind of gal, my perfect Valentines in this fast paced world, would be just some quality time with my husband, to laugh and dream together, reminisce about the past and plan for the future, and maybe a good book... I love books! 💗
That does sound like a fine way to spend Valentine's Day but I see reading a book as more of a solitary thing, which I love to do, but would have never related it to Valentines unless your sharing with your husband.
Oh, I see your context, but I meant if he was going to give me a gift, I’d rather have a book than a box of chocolates or a diamond 😉
