So there is a difference between posting on steempeak using #naturalmedicine and posting on the natural medicine front end? I have been unsure if there was a difference--I have just been using steempeak since my templates are saved there but as you said I can just copy and paste... still figuring out all the tribes stuff!
We are all trying to figure out the Tribes stuff together, so you are not alone! The general idea is that if you use the front end, it can be good for Google to recognise our existence, which is great for Steem in general - this is all to do with 'canonical links', which is quite a murky area! The other reason we'd like to encourage you to use the front end, is that you can see everyone else's NM posts in the same area, and be compelled to stay a while and comment on them, as well as give us feedback, use it to redeem your rewards, see your LOTUS rewards, and use all the helpful information on the Welcome page. Of course, like any Tribe, we are a work in progress, and hope to bring more features soon. Many of us draft in Steempeak as it IS a lot better - and copy and paste into NM.IO. One day Nitrous might offer a drafting function too, fingers crossed!

Ah! Good question! And good answer @naturalmedicine . I'll try to remember to use the front end vs steempeak. I often visit the front end when I want to scroll through articles but I've been doing my posting via steempeak. Thanks for clarifying.
