RE: The First Step on My Journey to Better Vision

Here is the link on amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06XCW86Q6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Looking at it now it seems like they only go up to -2.50 and they only sell halves and round numbers. So I may just go for -1.50 next. Honestly, -2 feels too strong and practicing active focus with glasses on is almost impossible because everything is just so sharp right up to the horizon.

Practicing AF on my computer is simple. Every hour or so I just pull my head back till it is blurry and I blink a few times forcing that clarity back.

Am super excited to see how fast I can get back to 20:20

I may even order the -1.5 right away!

At that price, why not?

Good idea using your daughters -3.25 for close up work. In Jake's FB group I can see a number of people have ordered two sets, for distance & close-up. Makes sense.

The FB group is very helpful btw and quite entertaining too. Jake is a total nutter, but good at interacting with people & answering questions.

I've got them up on the Australian Amazon, thank you. Some of them actually go up to -6.00, but in halves, as you said. I think -3.50 might be too big a jump as my daughter's -3.25 ones aren't really good enough. Decisions... maybe -4.00 first is the better way to go.

I've not managed to achieve AF one demand. I keep trying and I'm putting things just outside of clear vision range while reading to try and work my eyes.

I've just joined the facebook group. Mostly been searching questions to see what others have said.
