Harvesting is a phase in agriculture which a plant or a crop is ripe and ready to be collected for process and to be used a food. Every season has a specific harvesting crop and plant, every crop ripe in their on time. Moreover, every place has its own specification of harvesting season.

| 🌱 Repining | The plant or crop is grown, it displays the size and color which defines its repining. |
| 🕒 Time | Due to season of the crop, we can indicates its growth |
| 📉 Market Availability | Products are available in markets in large quantities which suggests the harvesting of that plant |
| 🔍 Checkup | For fruits and vegetable the color changes, it grows in size and most it become softer |
| 🌦️ Season | Every crop has its own harvesting season, due to that specific season we harvest the plant |
| Q: What factors can influence harvest time? |

Conditions: Temperature, soil quality and sunlight are main factors which affects the harvest time of plants or crops.
Crop: Variety of crop matters, the best quality and surviving plant can grow faster and give better food.
Pests: Controlling pests will give boost to crop, it will grow in a better way and in lessor time. Pests confronts a plant and slow down its growth.
Fertilizers: Natural and chemical fertilizers increases the growth and plant grows quickly
| Q: What fruits are currently being harvested in your community? |

- Currently, in Pakistan Mangoes, watermelon and peach are harvested. There are other fruits which are harvested but these are the main one. Mangoes are harvested in large quantities; these are harvested in summer season. Moreover, peach are harvest in the cool areas in summer days and watermelon are harvested all over Pakistan in summer season. Watermelon requires more water. Further, banana fruit is available all over the year.

Here, I will explain the selling price according to economics law. Economics law about supply and demand without precious products.
"As supply increases the price lowers"

"As demand increases cost increases"
- During season, supply is at high rate. Every seller selling same fruit so the prices are lower and when the season is off the supply is less which increases demand for some food so the prices grows higher.
- There is other ways also, if a fruit's season is going to over; at that time the fruit quality is decreasing in taste and also it is going to spoil so the prices drops.

Y claro mientras la fruta esté en temporada su valor baja pero si no es más elevado
