Nature and Agriculture Contest: Drawing (Edition #2)

Greetings fellow steemians! How are you today? I believe you are all fine as I am. I appreciate @memamun for organising this contest titled "Nature and Agriculture Contest: Drawing (Edition #2)". I have decided to draw a knapsack sprayer, which is not a nature but a tool that is agricultural related.

A knapsack sprayer is a portable container for liquid that has a pump to pressurise the liquid content and also has a nozzle which helps to spray the liquid content in a specific direction.

Function of Knapsack sprayer
A knapsack sprayer is used to:

• Spray herbicides and pesticides on the farm. It is also used to spray fertiliser.
• Fumigation: A knapsack sprayer is used to control pests at home.
• It can also be used in the garden to spray water on the crops.

Materials for drawing

• Plain A4 paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Ruler
• Colours

Step 1
I began by first writing my name and date on the paper, and after that, I drew the bucket lid. Finally, I sketched the barrel body.

Step 2
Here, I drew the handle and the air chamber or pump of the knapsack sprayer.

Step 3
I drew the stand of the sprayer and the hand rocket or hand lever.

Step 4
I drew the delivery horse, the handle, the telescopic rod and finally the nozzle and this brought me to the end of pencil work.

Step 5
At this step, I used a yellow colour to paint the bucket lid (water inlet). I also paint the stand and hand lever using the yellow colour.

Step 6
I coloured the barrel body using a blue colour.

Step 7
I coloured the air chamber using a black pen. I also coloured the grip of the hand rocket using a black pencil.

Step 8
Here, I coloured the delivery hose, the telescopic rod and the nozzle using a black pen

This is the container called the knapsack sprayer. A tool for spraying pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers and even water.
