M/s Sufla Bija Bhandar is a pesticide and fertilizer shop. The proprietor of the shop is Mahmud Shawkat Ali. This shop sells various types of pesticides, fertilizers and agricultural products at wholesale and retail prices. It is located in the middle of Bamundi Bazar where there are various pesticide shops. Let us know about this shop today.

Recently I visited there and bought some products. The pictures of the products you can see are from different companies and these are different pesticides that are used in farmers' lands to control various diseases and pests. After visiting the shop, I came to know that there are products from about 20 to 25 companies in this shop. There are so many pesticide companies in Bangladesh that I came to know today. Some of the companies are Syngenta, ACI, Intefa Crop Care Limited, Hekim etc. There are many other companies. There are many companies, each company has some special products that are widely used in agricultural work and work well. The price of the products of the Syngenta group in Bangladesh is the highest.

I noticed that there are different types of pesticides in the shop, some are powder, some are liquid, and some are encapsulated in polythene paper. The most widely used pesticides include Thiovit 10 weed killer and rice pest killer. The pesticide bottles are 50 grams, 100 grams, and 1000 grams. You will see many more 500 grams and 1000 grams powder pesticides here. Apart from pesticides, they sell fertilizers and seeds of various seasonal crops. There are many pesticides in the crop, as you can see in the picture, they are arranged in their store room.

This shop is divided into two parts. One is run by Md. Shawkat Ali and the other is run by Mohammad Sabbir Hossain. Sabbir Hossain is the son of Shawkat Ali. The father and son have been running this business together for a long time. They have a good reputation in the market for selling pesticides. They have also taken over dealerships of various companies. From here, farmers can buy their required pesticides and agricultural accessories at affordable prices in wholesale and retail.
