Contest! Vital liquid for plants and its benefits!
Hello, People of Nature and Agriculture Community. How are you? I hope you are fine and doing well. Today, I will participate in the contest arranged by @edgargonzalez on an amazing topic, Vital liquid for Plants and its benefits.
I want to invite @impersonal, @zulbahri, and @max-pro to take a part in this contest. Let's dive into it.

Do you have plantings or ornamental plants? How do you water them? |
---|
I have a few flower trees and fruit trees. Most of the trees are located on our roof. We have a dedicated water line for our plant on the roof. The main source of water is groundwater, which we use for household purposes. We use the pipeline to water the trees.

Which do you think is better: rainwater, household water, or should you buy it? Give reasons for your answer? |
---|
3 types of water are used more for crop cultivation or watering.
- Groundwater
- Rainwater
- River water.
In our country, river water is used the most for cultivation. Rain falls in a specific season in our country. That's why rainwater cannot be used all the time. Farmers also have less dependence on rainwater. Where there is no facility to use river water, groundwater is used only there. River water, groundwater, and rainwater all preserve the necessary minerals. However, the amount of sediment in the river water is high. For this reason, river water gives more beneficial results. However, currently, the amount of pollution in river water is also high due to industrial waste. That is why groundwater is better.

What do you think is the function of water in the earth for plants? |
---|
When I was a student at the primary level, I learned a great thing: no life can survive without water. Plants have life, too. Plants need water to survive. As we know, plants produce their food; this process is called Photosynthesis. To complete the reaction, the process required a huge amount of water. To produce a mole of glucose, 6 moles of Water are required. Like humans or other animals, water played a significant role in a plant's life, like Nutrient Transport, Germination, and Growth, etc.

Do you think rainwater is essential for plants? Explain your answers. |
---|
In the 2nd paragraph, I explained why rainwater doesn't play a significant role in our country's farmers' lives. There are two months of rain in our country. Farmers of our country cultivate for a minimum of 6 months a year. What about other months? This is not possible to collect that water for later use. Instead, they use river water. Which is also rainwater, but because it flows for a long time and covers a lot of distance, it carries many sediment, which is helpful for the growth of crops. Plants don't take minerals from water; land provides a vast amount of minerals for plants. So, which water has many minerals is not a question. Furthermore, in a heavy industrial area, there is a high chance of Acid Rain. This can lead to a significant loss of plants.
Thank you for your participation, my friend! Good luck!
