That's utterly wonderful to have them there. I haven't seen one in years - they used to be all over when I was young. :( I need to put some night cams up at the farm and try to see if there are any there.

We're putting up the trailcam tonight on the bank near the 'nest' to see if we can catch it coming and going. We've caught it on camera a few times. If I get good footage I'll post it tomorrow.
Do you know if you've badgers on the farm? When we first moved here we had several hedgehogs, then we had a family of badgers come into the garden and the hedgehogs disappeared for a few years.Badgers eat hedgehogs

Oh!! Well, I've NEVER seen a badger on the farm but that's not to say there aren't any. There's definitely a den in the chalk pit BUT it's probably foxes. You know - I should buy a cam before we go camping at the end of this month and then we might capture what's there.
