Me and gluten have a bit of an understanding it does not kill me too quickly and I don't know what it actually is. Until the day comes and when that day comes rest assured I will say with my dying breath "Should have listened to Tamala with an AH" ah ah cough choke die.

    Speaking of Tamala with an "Ah" turns out I can get my google home to pronounce my name right if I write it as Taamahla. 😂
