Recipe of the day :Week no 75 : Beaf polao : 03-09-2025
Assalamualaikom steemit friends this is me @romaisakhan hope you are doing well as im aslo fit and fine today it was very interesting lunch becuase a deliciuos dish was made by me for lunch and siblings praises the dish i made is named beef polao which is very famous in the tradition of pakistan and afghanistan. so by which steps and ingredient i made it im going to share it with you guys.
as you can see that this is beaf polao and also separated beaf with chicpeas this is delious to wat it together so let me share ingredients with you all:
Ingredients:
1) Chickpeas
First i took chickpeas and washed it and put it in the pressure cooker with water and left it for 2-3 hours until it boiled then i take out it from pressure cooker and put it in the colander for some time. chickpeas is good to eat it is rich in protein, fiber and minerals.
2)Beaf:
Then i washed beaf and made tomatoe mixture and also some spices to cooked it without beaf rice cannot be called polao so eating polao with beaf is so delicious and can have a sweet taste also.
Spices;
- Garam masala
- Black pepper
- Red peper
- Green mirch
- Tikka masala
- Turmeric powder
put these spices in tomatoe micture and also with it i add coriander and mint for its floavour
3)Rice:
I took rice washed it and boiled it for 15-20 minutes in the pot and then wait for it after that i strain the rice and took it in the empty for sometime.

4)Putting rice:
First i put the cooked chickpeas and beaf in the pressure cooker and wait for it about 15-20 minutes and cover it with a cloth.

It is looking so delicious so think what will be its taste after covering it and wait for it i opened the cover and finally i served i to my family and they really liked it and was having great lunch.
I made this lunch with so much efforts and and with love because if you cooked it with lots of love and from so always it will taste delicious and i also did that and do you know cooking is my duty at my home becuase everyone in my family really like my hand make dishes I hope you will like my dishes.
