Today My Friends " Kabab Krahi Meat ".
Today was a special day because we cooked a delicious traditional dish called Kabab Karahi Gosht. This dish is a flavorful combination of grilled kebabs and tender meat cooked in a spicy tomato-based curry, served in a karahi (a deep cooking pan). The aroma filled our home and made everyone excited to taste it.
First, we prepared the kebabs using minced meat, mixed with spices like red chili, cumin, coriander, and chopped onions. We shaped them into small kebabs and grilled them until they were golden brown. At the same time, we began cooking the karahi gosht. We used fresh tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger to make the base. Then we added pieces of meat and let them cook slowly so the flavors could mix well.
After the meat became tender and the oil separated, we added the grilled kebabs to the karahi. This gave the dish a smoky flavor and made it even more delicious. We garnished it with fresh coriander and ginger slices before serving.
