Hope you all are doing well and happy in life. Today i am going to post my achievment 2 whose topic is basic security on steemit. Actually in this post we are going to learn the uses of keys

Now I am going to answer the questions that are asked in achievement 2

Question no 1:

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Answer:

Yes, I have retrieved my all keys in the form of pdf im mobile phone.

Question no 2:

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Answer:

Yes,I know all the functions and restrictions of the keys let me explain to you;

Posting key:

The posting key is like a safer password you use on Steemit for daily activities such as posting, commenting, voting, or following others. It’s designed so you don’t have to risk your main password every time you log in. Even if someone gets hold of it, the harm they can do to your account is limited.

Active key:

The active key is like a stronger password you use for important actions such as transferring funds, powering up or down, or updating your profile. It keeps your sensitive transactions and account changes secure.

Owner key:

The owner key is the master key to your Steemit account. It has the highest level of control because it can even reset all other keys. You should keep it stored safely offline and only use it if your account ever gets hacked or compromised.

Memo key:

The memo key is like a lock for your messages when you’re sending or receiving funds on Steemit. It makes sure only the intendedd person can read what you write. To keep a memo private, just put a # at the beginning of it. This way, your personal notes or details stay protected.

How do you plan to keep your master password?

Answer:

Yes I have saved it in my whatsapp, pdf filer and also i have its printouts and also I have it in my sd card

Question no 4:

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Answer:

First you to login your steemit wallet then open it

and you will see a drop down icon so you will click it and it will show a series of options

the option no 1 is transfer click on it

and an interface will open for you you will require info then sign in with your active key and click Next to transfer it successfully and completely

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Answer:

Yes, I know how to power up open wallet click on drop ďown icon and click power up then enter amount and click power up then sign in with active key and click ok it will power up successfully
