It certainly can happen here, and has as the article mentions. However, to compare what Trump has done (so far) to this is as much of an exaggeration as comparing him to Hitler (and yes, there are many people making that comparison). I don't like Trump and i didn't vote for him but he isn't putting people in concentration camps. He's exercising every countries right to set immigration policy and his temporary restrictions on 7 countries is based on findings of the previous administration. People really need to stop exaggerating. This so-called "Muslim ban" is 7/49 majority Muslim countries for approximately 15% of the worldwide Muslim population. So yeah, I'll ridicule warnings that we are heading down a familiar road until we actually start heading down that road.

It's frustrating to see people continuing to criticize him based on emotion rather than fact. In the long run I believe doing this will hurt the cause of those seeking his replacement in the next election.
